Last season the Tigers clinched a dramatic late victory - and another close encounter between England's top two teams is expected at Twickenham.With RPA young player of the year Manu Tuilagi suspended for punching Chris Ashton in the semi-final, Horacio Agulla has been called into the starting XV.Agulla will start on the wing, with Matt Smith moving in to fill Tuilagi's No.13 shirt.On the bench, RPA players' player of the year Thomas Waldrom and England prop Dan Cole having to settle for impact roles.

For Saracens, Neil de Kock has won the coin toss for the No.9 shirt, so Richard Wigglesworth having to settle for a place on the bench.The inclusion of the South African is the only change to the line-up from the 12-10 victory over Gloucester. Saracens have had the edge over Tigers this season, having beaten them twice - while the Vicarage Road side are currently unbeaten in 12 matches.

The Munstermen are chasing a third league title following their successes in 2003 and 2009. Munster have won their last nine Magners League encounters and another victory will leave only Leinster with a better winning run in league history, when they won their first eleven matches in 2001-2002. Northampton Saints and Leinster meet in the final on Saturday

This season the Irish province finished top of Pool 2 which also included French Champions Clermont Auvergne and English premiership runners-up Saracens.

Leinster's only defeat came on the road to Clermont but impressive victories over Saracens at Wembley and Racing Metro in Paris helped them clinch the pool.

Double European Champions Leicester Tigers were beaten at the Aviva Stadium in the quarter-finals and in a repeat of last year's semi-final Leinster lined-up against Toulouse in the last-four.

The French side came out on top last season, going on to win the competition but this season was all about Leinster who defeated the four-times Champions in style to book their place in Cardiff.
